Genuinely one of the most convenient laundry services I've used. The app is easy, the turnaround is fast, and the collection experience has been great. That said, a couple of my more expensive t-shirts came back slightly shrunk, which was frustrating. I'd recommend flagging delicate items clearly when you book. I'll use them again, but with that in mind.
