What are Laundryheap Credits?

Laundryheap Credits work like money in the Laundryheap interface. They can be used towards eligible laundry and dry cleaning orders, making it easier for users to book a collection whenever they need one. You can purchase credits for yourself or send them to somebody else as a gift. Purchased and gifted credits do not expire, so there is no pressure to use them immediately.

Who Would Appreciate Laundryheap Credits?

How to gift Laundryheap Credits

Open Laundryheap and go to My Wallet option. Select Buy Credits option from there and select the amount you would like to send, choose the gifting option and follow the on-screen instructions to share them with your recipient. Before purchasing, check that Laundryheap operates in the recipient’s area so they can enjoy the service.

You can also add a personal message, such as:

“Your next laundry day is on me.”

Or:

“A little less laundry. A little more free time.”

How can the recipient use their credits?

The recipient can view their available balance by opening the Laundryheap app, selecting More, and then choosing My Wallet.

When placing an order, they can switch on the Credits in wallet option at checkout. Available credits will be used towards the order first. If the order costs more than the credit balance, the remaining amount will be charged to their saved payment method.

Laundryheap Credits can be used to place Laundryheap orders. However, they cannot be used to purchase prepaid packs or Laundryheap+ subscriptions.
