If you’re an existing Laundryheap customer, the Refer a Friend scheme allows you to invite friends who are new to Laundryheap to experience the service. When your friend places their first order using your referral code, they get 15% off, and you receive £15 in Laundryheap wallet credit once their order has been completed and delivered.

How Does Refer a Friend Work?
Getting started takes seconds. Here’s how:
- Find your unique referral code: Every Laundryheap user has a personalised 6-character referral code (a mix of letters and numbers). You can find it:
- On the dedicated Refer a Friend page
- On your dashboard
- In the Laundryheap app
- Share it with friends: Send your code via WhatsApp, email, social media, or use the in-app share option with a pre-written message and link.
- Your friend gets 15% off: Your friend enters the code at checkout on their first order or uses your referral link, and the discount is applied automatically.
- You earn £15 in credit: Once your friend’s first order is processed and delivered, £15 is added to your Laundryheap wallet.

How Referral Links Work (Automatic Discounts)
Prefer sharing links instead of codes? We’ve got you covered. When your friend clicks the link, the code is automatically attached to their session and applied at checkout, and no manual entry is needed. This makes it even easier to refer a friend and ensure they don’t miss out on the discount.
Is There a Limit to How Much You Can Earn?
No limits. You can refer as many friends as you like, and there’s no cap on how much Laundryheap wallet credit you can earn through referrals.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Referral rewards are available only when your friend is a new Laundryheap customer
- Wallet credit earned through referrals expires after 2 months
- Referral codes can’t be combined with other promo codes
Is the Refer a Friend Programme Available Outside the UK?
Yes. The Refer a Friend scheme is available across Laundryheap’s service countries. Rewards are issued in the currency of the referring user’s primary service country. While the UK reward is £15, reward amounts may vary slightly in other regions based on local currency.
