How It Works

We’ve kept the process as seamless as you’ve come to expect from Laundryheap, now accessible directly through the Just Eat platform:

1. Book on Just Eat: Open the Just Eat app and select our Wash & Fold or itemised Dry Cleaning service.
2. Pack it Up: Pop your items into disposable bags (keep Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning separate). If you don’t have bags, don’t sweat it, our driver will bring some along.
3. Lightning-Fast Collection: A Laundryheap driver will collect your items within 2 hours of your order, or at a scheduled time that suits you.
4. 24-Hour Turnaround: The very next day, you’ll get an SMS with live tracking details letting you know your fresh, clean clothes are on their way back to your doorstep.

The Collection and delivery remain absolutely free, and the prices you see on Just Eat match the prices on our own app (standard Just Eat service fees apply).

Where We’re Rolling Out

We are kicking things off in London, just in time to help commuters refresh their wardrobes after those sweltering summer commutes. Over the next six months, we’ll be rolling out this integration to Birmingham, Manchester, and Edinburgh. Pending the results of this UK pilot, both companies will assess scaling the service to international markets where our footprints overlap, including Ireland and the Netherlands.
