What types of linen do you offer for rental?We offer premium hotel-grade linen, including bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, hand towels, and bath sheets. Sizes range from single and double to king and super king. We accommodate short-term rental requirements with flexible options.
What is the quality you provide?We take pride in offering premium-quality linen for every stay:
Duvet Covers: 100% cotton, 240 thread count – soft, breathable, hotel-grade.
Bed Sheets & Pillowcases: 100% cotton, 180 thread count – smooth and comfortable for everyday luxury.
Towels: Ultra-fluffy, made from high-quality cotton with a thickness of 650 GSM (grams per square metre), offering excellent absorbency and softness.
What is included in each set?A single bed set includes 1 bed sheet, 1 duvet cover, 2 pillow cases, 1 very large towel, and 1 hand towel.
A double bed set includes 1 bed sheet, 1 duvet cover, 4 pillow cases, 2 very large towels, and 2 hand towels.
A king bed set includes 1 bed sheet, 1 duvet cover, 4 pillow cases, 2 very large towels, and 2 hand towels.
Can you wash my own sheets and towels?At the Laundryheap Linen division, we provide hotel-grade linen for hire and do not wash customer-owned goods. Should you need laundry for your own sheets and towels, you can use our main Laundryheap service (pricing can be found at https://www.laundryheap.com/en-gb/pricing), however the cost of linen hire is considerably lower than washing your own linen.
Who is your linen rental service for?We work with individual hosts, property managers, cleaning agencies, and similar providers. Ideal for those operating across AirBnB, VRBO, and Booking.com
Which areas do you cover in London?We mainly cover the Greater London Area within the M25 Motorway circumference. If you're unsure whether we serve your area, please feel free to contact us.
How does the ordering process work?Log in to our website and place your order via your dashboard, selecting the items and quantities needed. Choose your preferred delivery date/time window, and we’ll handle the rest for you. Note: For next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 7 PM the day before.
What is your maximum rental duration?Our standard maximum rental period is 14 days. We are happy to offer you greater flexibility with the returns of our linen sets in line with your bookings, so long as you maintain communication for bookings beyond 14 days.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?Yes, we offer next-day delivery in most areas. Same-day delivery may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Are the linen professionally cleaned?Absolutely. All our linen is cleaned in commercial-grade facilities, ensuring high hygiene and quality standards.
What happens if you receive an item that is damaged or stained?We understand that this may happen in rare cases. If this happens, please contact our live support team and share relevant photos for us to review. We will make every effort to arrange for a replacement on the same or the next day.
Can I customise my order?While the linen sets cannot be customised, you are welcome to add extra items from our list of add-ons, such as extra hand or bath towels, etc.
Do you charge a deposit?No, we do not charge a deposit.
